She started off the email with “I am so overwhelmed” and as I read her words, I could feel her anxiety. Katie was struggling to stay motivated, as well as, productive and wanted my advice on what she could do to jump start her week.
My 3 tips to set yourself up for success:
✅Set your intentions/goals for the week and by day
✅Get up an hour earlier than normal each day
✅Step out of your comfort zone at least once a week or even a day
