How to Focus

There are many reasons why we fall short of our goals – some are in our control, and others aren’t.

  • ➡️ Distraction
  • ➡️ Procrastination
  • ➡️ Self-doubt
  • ➡️ Confusion

All of these above will happily eat away at your time and steal your momentum. It can get painful! Instead of moving closer to the finish line, you find yourself heading down rabbit holes and falling behind your deadlines.

Fortunately, there are specific things you can do to maximize your chances of success. And one of the easiest [and most often overlooked] tools you have is your FOCUS. Remember, momentum builds wherever your focus goes.

So this week action steps:

  • ✅ Take notice of where you’re placing your attention.
  • ✅ Give yourself permission to say no to things that don’t move the needle.
  • ✅ Focus deeper on the tasks, behaviors, and ideas that close the gap to where you want to go.
