If you’ve ever attended any of my classes or listened to one of my podcasts, then you have undoubtedly heard me say the following…
“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”
– Jack Canfield
It’s indeed inevitable. Your biggest goals and dreams will push you out of your comfort zone, but that is okay. When you want something you’ve never had, you have to take different actions and look inside yourself to learn how bad you want it – and that can be scary.
See, I firmly believe that your relationship with fear influences your experience in life and how you show up each and every day.
What you must understand is that the more you’re able to navigate the unknown and the uncertain, look fear in the face, then the more of life you’ll be able to handle.
When you face your fear and step into the uncomfortable zone, then your best self will thrive and you learn to transform fear into focus.
We must learn to navigate the discomfort that lies in the uncertain, and once we recognize and starting practicing then we can become stronger and braver.

So this week, take a look at your relationship with fear. Look at what causes you to feel uncomfortable or to immediately say “no way” or “absolutely not”. Write those thoughts down and what you were saying no to. Think about the “why” of the no.
Explore the way you react and respond when you get rattled or triggered.
Build your capacity to handle fear, and you’ll empower yourself to see what’s on the other side.
See my friends… I believe in YOU.
