19. Getting Personal: My View Of Gratitude

Yesterday was a day of reflection and quiet time for me. Reflecting on this year and last, I was reminded of a time last summer where I was thinking about what I didn’t have more than thinking about what I did have.

In the summer of 2020, which let’s face it,  seems like a hundred years ago, I sat on my couch and felt so lonely. The pandemic had shut everything down just a few months earlier, and I was only going out to get food. I sat on my couch scrolling Facebook and reading all the funny posts about everything people were doing with their families at home.  I felt sad and a little jealous. I lived in Houston at the time, and I had no family even remotely near me. I felt completely and utterly alone despite having my two dogs with me.

I chose to change that perspective, and you can also.

In this episode, I share 6 ways to help you be more grateful and improve your mindset immediately. Dive into these suggestions by clicking play >>HERE<<.

One thing I am always grateful for and that is everyone who listens to these podcasts, reads the blog posts and even those that only send me a note of thanks. It is because of YOU that THIS is all possible.
