Dealing with anxiety

I’m gonna let you in on a little secret….

Anxiety affects everyone. Yep, no matter a person’s age, education, health, or job.

Recently, my anxiety started creeping up again.

Over the years I have learned to recognize the signs because my anxiety physically affects me.

But, not everyone has learned to recognize the signs of anxiety let alone know how to deal with it.

Over the years, I have learned 3 key points in dealing with my anxiety:

  1. See the warning signs
  2. Focus on what you can control
  3. Take specific action

So often, we focus on what we can’t control instead of what we can control.

And I want to help YOU take action on what you can control.

Last year I created a private membership group that encompasses accountability, motivation, great resources for your job search or career, but most especially it has community AND actionable plans to help you take action on what you can control.
